About the opportunity

We are seeking a Growth Development Associate to join our Communications & Engagement team to support the development and execution of CSPD’s sales strategy and enrollment growth within our schools.

The Business Development team falls under the Communications and Engagement directorate, and aims to grow enrolments across the system while advocating for Catholic education in Greater Western Sydney. 

The Growth Development Associate role collaborates closely with the Enrollment Registrar and the Marketing Team to support CSPD in achieving its strategic objectives and assist schools in making a significant impact on enrolment.

The Growth Development Associate is accountable for:

  • Development and execution of email sales strategy to maximise enrolments across CSPD schools.

  • Identification and engagement of interested families through compelling email campaigns, tailored phone outreach, and follow-up communications.

  • Maintain and grow a qualified pipeline of leads using CRM tools.

  • Conduct discovery calls, manage objections, and close qualified opportunities with confidence and care.

  • Collaborate with the other CSPD teams to support targeted campaigns that drive inquiries and conversions.

  • Provide data driven feedback and insights to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.

  • Track sales activities and outcomes regularly using CRM tools, while providing regular updates on pipeline progress, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.

About you

To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment with the purpose and core values of CSPD along with:

  • Appropriate demonstrated experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strategic approach to developing sales strategy

  • Experience in driving sales or supporting customer success over the phone and email

  • Experience with the HubSpot ecosystem is preferred but not required
