Join our new Learning Outcomes directorate at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) to drive transformative change in teaching and learning. We are seeking passionate educators for two pivotal roles:
These positions are central to CSPD's strategic Uplift program, focusing on enhancing teaching practices and student outcomes for learners from language-diverse backgrounds across our 80 schools.
Responsibilities:
Implement CSPD's strategic initiatives in curriculum, teaching, assessment, and learning environments, aligning with our core framework and data insights.
Develop evidence-based insights to boost teacher effectiveness and student learning; design and implement data collection to measure impact.
Create and deliver engaging, high-quality professional learning for teachers at all career stages, focusing on curriculum, pedagogy, and EAL/D instruction.
Design and facilitate exceptional online professional learning using innovative digital tools to build teacher capacity.
Build strong relationships across teams, schools, and external partners to ensure a unified approach.
Oversee central documentation, resources, and policies for consistency, quality, and compliance
About You:
We are seeking proactive and collaborative Education Officers who bring a deep passion for transforming teaching and learning, rooted in a commitment to Catholic education. The ideal candidate will possess:
Demonstrated experience in an education setting with a strong understanding of contemporary curriculum and pedagogy.
A strong ability to use data and evidence to inform decision-making, evaluate program effectiveness, and improve student outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging online learning experiences.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
A commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church and Catholic education.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience.
What’s in it for you?

This position involves working with children and requires satisfactory employment screening (National Police Check, valid WWCC, and compliance with CSPD Child Safeguarding Procedures).
